VC 300®
Acoustic Underlayments for Vinyl, Linoleum , LVT and Carpet
The Impacta VC300 is a tough, resilient acoustic underlayment for glue down resilient vinyl flooring. VC300 is specially manufactured using very dense PUR foam and cork granules and is ideally suited to all new build construction.

- 39" x 62' rolls - 201.5 sf per roll
- 70 lbs per roll
- 3mm or 1/8" thick
Important Note: Please note that the VC300 consists of PUR foam/cork and no rubber crumb. When comparing alternative products, please be cautious where a "direct equivalent" is offered. Many alternatives consist of rubber compound that can cause plasticizer migration with vinyl flooring.
VC300 is rubber free and will not cause issues with discoloration of vinyl due to plasticizer migration which is a chemical reaction of the rubber/adhesive and vinyl. VC300 is thin, only 3mm, and is easily bonded to concrete or wood sub floors. VC300 offers excellent acoustics and long-term performance without collapse or bottoming out under high point loads

Case Study: Gossett Place, Seattle Washington
Gossett Place is a multifamily residential project with vinyl plank flooring throughout and were in need of an underlayment system specially designed for use under resilient vinyl flooring that offered quick and easy installation and resistance to aging and deformation.
