CeraZorb® HD
High Density (HD) Acoustical Underlayment for Setting Ceramic Tile and Natural Stone

CeraZorb HD is an underlayment made from hemi-crystalline thermoplastic that will not rot, swell, absorb water and is anti-microbial.

It has been tested and has the performance equal to 1/2” natural cork at a much lower price. CeraZorb HD can be bonded to approved subfloors using Impacta T-950 bond coat adhesive.

CeraZorb HD can be installed under hardwood flooring directly bonded to concrete slabs, gypsum or wood substrates.

Benefits

This product is lightweight and easy to carry; it is up to 25 times lighter than 1/4" backer board. As a "synthetic cork product" it will not rot, support mold and mildew or absorb moisture.

It offers credible acoustical and crack suppression, and passes Robinson test to light commercial rating.

Each package contains between 12 and 40 sheets measuring 4' x 4'. This will provide coverage ranging between 192 and 640 square feet.
