Sound Seal Is Open and Fully Operational

To our valued customers,

I wanted to personally reach out and provide an update following the COVID-19 email you received from Catalyst Acoustics Group last week. A COVID-19 stay order has been issued for the state of Massachusetts effective March 23rd, 2020.

Sound Seal products and services are essential to many critical infrastructure sectors listed in the COVID-19 Order No. 13 issued by the Governor of Massachusetts, as well as what is defined on the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) guidance website.

The business located at 50 H. P. Almgren Drive in Agawam, MA is an essential business specifically defined on section 12 of the referenced executive order, which defines essential business and operations, stating manufacturing companies, distributors, and supply chain companies producing and supplying essential products and services.

Please feel confident in knowing that Sound Seal is fully operational and prepared to meet all of your product and project needs. We will accomplish this while keeping the safety and well-being of our staff top of mind.

Business Continuity Policies

  • All non-factory business essential employees have been set up for remote work. Call forwarding is in place and customer service is equipped to support you as we always have.

  • We have limited the on premise work force to factory essential personnel. This will minimize risk by allowing for necessary distance between employees.

  • Hand sanitizer and disinfecting hand wipes have been made available at all of our manufacturing work stations.

We will continue to provide updates under Catalyst Acoustics Group. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me directly. Thank you for your continued business and support. Stay Safe!

Sincerely,

David Ingersoll
