PVC Industrial Sound Proofing Baffles PVC Baffles

Sound Seal's Industrial PVC baffles are an economic, efficient solution to reverberation issues.  The baffles are comprised of a poly-vinyl chloride bag encompassing a sound absorptive fiberglass and measure 4' wide x 2' high.  The typical baffle has (2) grommets along (1) 4' side and they are available with a white, black, or gray facing.  Additional sizes are available.
       
           
Quilted Fiberglass Absorbers QFA 10

Sound Seal's Industrial QFA-10 Baffles consist of a vinyl coated fiberglass cloth facing on both sides of a nominally 2" thick quilted fiberglass absorber.  The baffles measure 4' wide x 2' high and have (2) grommets along (1) 4' side.  They are available in a diamond stitch or straight stitch pattern.

       
           
Industrial Quilted Fiberglass Absorbers QFA

The Industrial QFA Panels consist of a quilted fiberglass absorber and are used to reduce the reflection of sound waves or reverberant noise energy within a piece of equipment, a room, or a building. A variety of facings are available including our standard industrial grade vinyl facing, an economy scrim facing and a silicone facing for high temperature or outdoor applications. Curtain panels are typically constructed with grommets across the top. All products have a Class A flammability rating (per ASTM E-84).

       
           
In Plant Sound Enclosure In Plant Enclosures

Industrial In-Plant Enclosures are available in Complete or Partial enclosures.  Enclosures can be floor mounted, ceiling mounted, wall mounted, or suspended from a roof deck.  When using a complete four-sided enclosure with a roof, the noise reduction can exceed 20 dB(A) while still offering access, visibility and ventilation. 

       
           
Barrier Backed Composite BBC Composite

The BBC model Barrier Backed Composite is a quilted fiberglass absorber bonded to a reinforced loaded vinyl noise barrier.  A variety of facings are available including our standard industrial grade vinyl facing, an economy scrim facing and a silicone facing for high temperature or outdoor applications.  Curtain panels are typically constructed with grommets across the top and mating hook and loop closures on the vertical edges.  Rolls measuring 54" x 25' are available with edges bound or unbound.  All products have a Class A flammability rating (per ASTM E-84).
       
           
Barrier Septum Composite BSC Composites

The BSC model Barrier Septum Composite is a non-reinforced loaded vinyl noise barrier sandwiched between two layers of fiberglass. A variety of facings are available including our standard industrial grade vinyl facing, an economy scrim facing and a silicone facing for high temperature or outdoor applications. Curtain panels are typically constructed with grommets across the top and mating hook and loop closures on the vertical edges. Rolls measuring 4' x 25' are available with edges bound or unbound.
